On today's episode, we visit with Joe Funkhouser. Joe's family owns one of West Virginia's most prominent breeding farms, and he also serves as a delegate in the West Virginia General Assembly. In that latter role, he helped push legislation that should benefit the state's Thoroughbred racing and breeding industries, and he'll tell us about it here.
